Mr. David B. Sprague is a partner with Margolis, Phipps & Wright, P.C., Certified Public Accountants. He is a former board member of the Houston Junior Chamber of Commerce and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA and the Houston Estate and Financial Forum. He is also a life member of the 100 Club of Houston. Mr. Sprague holds a B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Houston.
