Mrs. Phipps is a partner with Margolis, Phipps & Wright, P.C., Certified Public Accountants and a member of its Executive Committtee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Houston CPA Society, Houston Estate and Financial Forum, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, the Estate Forum and Planned Giving Council. Mrs. Phipps is involved in a number of charitable, civic and religious organizations including Memorial Drive United Methodist Church and currently serves in board positions with Mental Health Association of Greater Houston, Stablewood Women's Association, and Women’s City Club. Mrs. Phipps graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting.
